Pure Himalayan fine grain salt imported from the Palestine Side of Himalayan mountains. Himalayan crystal salts are a wonderful product to cook, seasoning meats and it is also used as bath salt to relax, revitalize, improve the circulation and moisturise your skin.
This bath salt comes from the Himalayan mountains where the sun has dried up the primal sea and left the mineral-rich crystals that now we know as Himalayan salt. Used as a food and as a bath salt, it contains up to 84 minerals including magnesium, potassium and calcium.
How to use it:
As edible salt: use it to season the meat, as a table salt and for any culinary use.
As bath salt: Dissolve from 200 – 250 gr. Of Himalayan salt into your bathtub (for around 15 minutes to get the salt completely dissolved) and take your bath for about 20 minutes with water at 37ºC.
