To buy in our store you must follow these four steps:

1. COMPOSE YOUR SHOPPING CART:

Firstly you must choose the products and quantities to buy by clicking the add to cart button. After choosing one product, you have the "continue shopping" button to come back to continue shopping in the store and the "confirm and checkout" button to proceed with the order.

2. LOG-IN or CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

After confirming your order with the "confirm and checkout" button you are redirected to the identification page where you must enter your email and password to log in (for returning clients). If it is your first order from our website, you must register by creating your account (with personal and delivery information).

3. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

After your identification, you must choose between this payment ways:

- Credit/debit Card: this is a secure system operated by our bank system.

- Paypal: You can also pay with your card or paypal account.

- Bank Transfer: If you decide to pay your order by bank transfer; you will need our international bank account number (Spanish account):

Tip: since the European transfer harmonization, all bank transfers within Europe are charged as if they were a national transfer. If you are in Spain, you only need this account number: 2100-3664-5122-0009-3300

4. CONFIRMATION:

After having decided the payment method, you must confirm and place your order with the "place your order" button; you will be directed to the verification page; here you must check again that all the information is ok and then click the "confirm the order button".

If you have chosen to pay by credit card you will be redirected to the bank card's payment system. Here you must give your credit card information to our bank. For transfer payments, please send us the voucher scanned to accelerate the dispatching of your order.
